You create them in the Workspace and send an invitation link by email. They download the app, sign in and see their approved plan. It takes a minute.
EVER is GDPR-compliant under Art. 9, platform and lab import run on German servers, the AI request goes to an external AI service without name and contact details, with granular consent. You keep full control over access, export and deletion. For your practice we conclude a data processing agreement.
