EVER is GDPR-compliant under Art. 9, platform and lab import run on German servers, the AI call goes to an external AI service without name or contact details, with granular consent. You keep full control over access, export and deletion. For your practice we conclude a data processing agreement.
EVER Guide puts biomarkers in context, supplies sources and flags possible overlaps between active ingredients. It makes no diagnoses and recommends no dosages. Before any AI call happens, EVER strips personal data inside its own system: the AI sees biomarkers, never the person behind them. The professional judgement stays with you.
No. EVER is software for documentation, assessment and support and not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. EVER does not make diagnoses and does not recommend dosages. Lab values come from accredited laboratories; the professional assessment and the approval of every plan lie with you as the treating practitioner.
