Your practice records and your clients’ files are two separate data spaces with clear responsibility.

Your notes and anamnesis forms are your practice records. You are responsible for them, EVER processes them on your behalf. Lab values and nutrient plans that your clients see in their app belong to their own account. They keep them even if you cancel EVER.

Professional secrecy covered.
If you are bound by professional secrecy under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code, EVER is involved as a contributing party. The data processing agreement regulates this.

Data in Frankfurt.
Everything is stored with AWS in Frankfurt am Main, encrypted in transit and at rest. Our external data protection officer is RPA Datenschutz + Compliance GmbH.

You create your client with basic details and upload the lab report as PDF, PNG or JPEG. EVER recognises the values and assigns them to the client. You record medication and nutrients already taken as context for the interpretation.
For professionals in functional and orthomolecular medicine who work with lab values, follow developments over time and use nutrients deliberately. Prevention is an additional field of use.
No. EVER Guide contextualises and summarises, in the field of micronutrients and lifestyle: no diagnosis, no dosage. The professional decision and the release of the plan are yours.
EVER Guide is already included in the free Light plan, with 30 messages per month. From Starter you use Guide without limits and get AI-supported suggestions for protocol building blocks. You make the decision.
Before every AI call EVER removes name and contact details. The AI receives lab values, history, nutrients and medication as professional context. Platform and lab import run on German servers. The AI call goes to an external AI service without name or contact details, contractually secured under GDPR. Your data never trains an AI model.
Yes. You can export the released nutrient plan as a PDF and file it in your practice software. There is no automatic interface.
Yes. In EVER this is called a nutrient plan: you put together dietary supplements, review the stored ingredients and total amounts and release the intake plan for your clients.
No. Structuring lab values, seeing the history and interpreting with EVER Guide works regardless of whether you recommend nutrients.
Yes. The partner programme is off by default. Without it, the complete Workspace remains, including nutrient plan and ordering path. Your clients get their discount in the EVER app in any case.
Yes. EVER is built for health data under Art. 9 GDPR. For your practice records we conclude a data processing agreement with you that also covers professional secrecy under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code.
Your practice records belong to you. On request we provide them in a common format, and after the contract ends we delete them within 30 days at the latest. The data in your clients’ accounts belongs to them and stays with them.
