The EVER Partner Programme

1Participation in the EVER partner programme

The EVER partner programme is aimed exclusively at members of the healthcare professions (“Fachkreise”) within the meaning of the German Medicinal Products Advertising Act (HWG).

• Participation is free of charge; there are no licence, administration or enrolment fees.
• Use of the programme creates no obligation to broker, to conclude contracts or to report to EVER or to end customers.

2Commissions under the referral model (in-app / protocols) – up to 15 %

Within the EVER app, professional users can create product recommendations in the form of protocol templates and make them available to their clients or patients.

If a purchase is made in the EVER shop via the link provided, the professional receives a manufacturer-dependent commission of up to 15 % on the net product value.

This commission serves exclusively to remunerate product recommendations and does not constitute a medical service, treatment or therapeutic decision.

The decision on the selection and use of the products lies entirely with the professional or with the clients.

3Purchase for own use or resale – up to 25 %

As an alternative to the referral commission, professional users can purchase products in the EVER shop for their own use or for resale in their own practice.

In this case EVER grants a purchase discount of up to 25 % on the manufacturer-specific recommended retail price.

When reselling the products, professional users act on their own account and at their own risk. No trading or supply relationship arises between EVER and the patients/clients.

The products are food supplements or wellness/lifestyle products; they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

4Purpose & benefit

The discount serves to

• recognise professional advice on the responsible use of food supplements (e.g. recommended intake, duration of use, possible interactions),
• cover organisational effort (ordering, stock-keeping, bookkeeping),
• support voluntary participation in anonymous feedback rounds on product development,
• support contribution to improving the EVER offering through practice-based feedback.

5Terms & remuneration for in-app / protocols

• You receive a flat-rate revenue share on the net revenue volume of orders placed via your active order link from a nutrient protocol in the EVER app.
• Only products that are part of an active nutrient protocol created by you are eligible for remuneration.
• Orders outside such a protocol – e.g. via the EVER shop without reference to an active protocol – are not eligible for remuneration.
• The share is product- and manufacturer-specific and amounts to up to 15 %.
• Billing takes place monthly; payouts from a credit balance of €100, transparently viewable in the app.

6Termination

Participation in the EVER partner model can be terminated in writing at any time, without notice period and without giving reasons.

7Participation & activation of the partner programme

Participation in the EVER partner programme is not automatic. Practitioners must actively join – either

• by ticking a box during registration and accepting the EVER terms and conditions, or
• subsequently via the settings in the EVER app.

Revenue from orders placed by assigned clients is only remunerated after a successful declaration of participation (date of joining).

Sales made before joining cannot be credited retrospectively.

8Benefits & discounts

• Clients (end users) receive up to 10 % discount on their purchases in the EVER shop (also manufacturer-dependent).
• Practitioners receive – depending on the manufacturer discount – a revenue-dependent share.
• EVER itself retains a fixed share to cover platform, payment and service costs.
• In total, EVER distributes a maximum of 25 % of the manufacturer discount for discount and participation models.
