Questions about pricing.
An active client is a person with an active nutrition plan assigned to them, or for whom activity takes place in the current billing period (for example plan adjustments or biomarker uploads). Inactive clients are not counted.
Yes. The EVER app is free for clients, permanently. Clients pay no app fees, whatever plan their practitioner is on.
Yes. Each individual biomarker counts as one upload. Several values from one lab report are therefore counted separately.
Light is free forever and includes 150 biomarkers per month, about 3 lab reports, plus 30 messages to EVER Guide. You create protocols just the same, and lab reports are captured automatically. The paid plans add more active clients, higher biomarker allowances, EVER Guide without limits and AI-supported suggestions for protocol building blocks that you decide on. If the Light allowance runs out in a month, you can buy biomarker credits or switch to Starter.
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time. Billing is prorated to the billing period.
Additional active clients are charged transparently per month. There are no automatic upgrades without your say-so.
