FAQ
An active client is a person with an active nutrition plan assigned to them, or for whom activity takes place in the current billing period (for example plan adjustments or biomarker uploads). Inactive clients are not counted.
Yes. The EVER app is free for clients, permanently. Clients pay no app fees, whatever plan their practitioner is on.
Yes. Each individual biomarker counts as one upload. Several values from one lab report are therefore counted separately.
The Light plan suits practitioners who build nutrition plans manually and mainly use EVER for structured recommendations and fulfilment. In the Light plan the work is largely manual. The paid plans add automatic biomarker analysis and structured nutrition plans, to save time and support more clients efficiently.
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time. Billing is prorated to the billing period.
Additional active clients are charged transparently per month. There are no automatic upgrades without your say-so.
Yes. All paid plans can be tried free and without commitment for 7 days. You do not need a credit card. After the trial you can choose a plan or carry on with the free Light plan.
